The Fitness Room is designed to meet a wide range of fitness needs, offering an extensive selection of equipment to enhance your workout experience. - Cardio Equipment: The room is equipped with 22 pieces of high-quality cardio machines, including a Jacob's Ladder, Stair Master, and rowing machines, providing diverse options for aerobic exercise to improve cardiovascular health.
- Cable Weight Machines: With 20 cable weight machines, users have the flexibility to target and strengthen various muscle groups. These machines offer adjustable resistance and a wide range of exercise options to support strength training.
- Free Weight Equipment: The Fitness Room features more than 12 pieces of free weight equipment such as a leg press machine, calf machine, pull-up machine, in addition to dumbbells, barbells, and weight benches, allowing for a variety of exercises to build strength and endurance.
- Spacious Layout: The facility is designed with ample space to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for users, with enough room to move freely between equipment.
- Mirror Wall: Full-length mirrors are installed to help with form and technique during workouts, promoting effective and safe training.

The fitness room is available to the public. It does require a daily, monthly, or annual pass to use. The space is available during normal building operating hours.

The gymnasium is a versatile, multi-sport space designed to accommodate a wide range of athletic events and activities. It features two full-size basketball courts with a total of four basketball hoops, two full-size volleyball courts, and six pickleball courts.

The gym includes two sets of four-row bleachers, offering seating for spectators to enjoy the games or events in comfort. The gym is equipped with a dividing curtain, which allows the courts to be separated as needed for different activities or groups.
With a seating capacity of 800, this gymnasium is suitable for a wide range of events and functions.

Rental fee is $75.00 per hour.

The Lobby Area is a vibrant and engaging space designed for relaxation, socializing, and entertainment. Perfect for guests to unwind or enjoy recreational activities, this multi-functional area offers a blend of comfort and fun. Whether you're waiting for an event to begin, looking to catch up with friends, or simply relaxing, the Lobby Area provides a variety of amenities to suit all interests.

Key features include a seating area, table games, multiple televisions, and two PlayStation 5 consoles.

Use of this space is free and available to the general public to use during normal business hours. We are currently not accepting rentals for private events.

The multi-purpose room is a flexible and adaptable space with a seating capacity of 145. It is designed to accommodate a wide variety of events, ranging from meetings to social gatherings, classes, and recreational activities. The room features a removable divider, which allows for easy partitioning of the space into smaller sections, making it ideal for simultaneous events or breakout sessions.

The versatile layout supports a wide range of setups, including theater-style seating, classroom configurations, banquet-style arrangements, or open-floor layouts for workshops and fitness classes. Whether hosting a community event, educational session, or private function, this room can be tailored to meet the needs of the occasion.

Rental fee is $50.00 per hour.

The Senior Lounge is a welcoming, comfortable space designed specifically for relaxation, socialization, and recreational activities. This versatile lounge offers a mix of amenities, including a kitchenette, TVs, tables/Chairs, and a billiards table, making it an ideal spot for seniors to unwind, connect with others, or enjoy a variety of activities.

This is space specifically reserved for our 55 and over patrons. Entry is free and available to the general public to use during normal business hours. We are currently not accepting rentals for private events.

The Walking Track with a stretching area is a modern, spacious area of the facility. Whether you're looking for a low-impact workout or an energetic cardio session, this space provides an ideal environment for fitness enthusiasts of all levels. The walking track offers a smooth, safe surface for walking, jogging, or running, while the adjacent open area is a space to complete your stretching regimen or calisthenics.

This space is free and open to the public during normal building operating hours. We are currently not accepting reservations for private events in this space.

Our kitchen is available for use during rentals and is designed as a functional kitchenette with ample counter space for food preparation and storage. It features a convenient serving window that opens to the main hallway, providing easy access to the gym and multi-purpose room for seamless food service. Please note that the kitchen does not include an oven or refrigerator/freezer for public use.

For events requiring concession-style service, additional fees apply, and approval from the Division Manager is required. This kitchen is ideal for smaller-scale food preparation and serving needs during your event.

Rental fee is $25.00 per day.

The Activity Room is a versatile, well-equipped space designed to accommodate a variety of events and activities. With a flexible layout, this room can be arranged to suit different needs, whether for presentations, group activities, workshops, meetings, or private events such as birthday parties. The room has a maximum capacity of 30 individuals.
