SWIM LESSONS ARE BACK!
Make a splash this season with swimming lessons designed to improve your skills! Whether you're dipping your toes into the water for the first time or aiming to refine your technique, our experienced instructors are here to guide and support you on your aquatic journey.
Lessons are $25 per session.
Preschool Level 1 (Ages 3-5)
To familiarize preschool-aged children with the water and assist them in gaining fundamental aquatic abilities.
Session: Spring Session 2 at Lohrey Recreation Center
Saturdays April 6 - May 11
Class 1: 10:30 a.m. - 10:55 a.m.
Class 2: 11 a.m. - 11:25 a.m.
Youth Level 1 (6 years and older)
To begin developing the formation of positive mindsets, effective swimming techniques, and safety practices in and around aquatic environment.
Session: Spring Session 2 at Lohrey Recreation Center
Saturdays April 6 - May 11
Time: 11:30 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Parent/Child Lessons (6 months- 3 years old)
Designed to get your child acclimated to the water while equipping YOU with the essential skills to safely swim alongside them.

Time: 10 a.m. - 10:25 a.m.
GENERAL ADMISSION/LAP SWIM
If structured classes are not your thing, come and enjoy the water during any of our general admission or lap swim times. The benefits of swimming are great, so bring the whole family and get your splash on!
LIFEGUARD TRAINING
RYS offers Lifeguard Certification classes for anyone 15 years old and older, through a blended learning experience. Those interested must only complete three easy steps:
1. Pass a pre-skills test.
2. Complete the online course.
3. Take the water and classroom sessions.

LIFEGUARD REVIEW
This course is for lifeguards that are currently certified and need to update their certification before it expires.
